Maybe I shouldn't but drinking but it helps me lose weight.

I drink instead of eat late night. A calorie is a calorie and if I don't drink, then I eat like 3 slices of pizza. Maybe not the best, but just thought I'd share my strategy.

i know what you mean and it is tough. not that drinking is any better for you, but really...i would prefer to drink than eat sometimes. i realize it is a faulty long-term strategy, and i'm actually trying to break away from my binge drinking, but i have to agree with you. also, my tummy always looks flatter.

wondering - after a night of drinking does anyone crave greasy, bad food the next day? what are the healthy options you reach for after a late night of alcoholic indulgence?

I really don't cravy anything greasy. I can go on as a normal day...and I don't reach for anything late night! That's why I don't see why I should give it up with the exception of my liver. If I don't drink I have substantially more calories than when I imbibe.
