Recommendations for User-Friendly Health Tracking Software

Hi everyone!

I am looking for reliable & user-friendly software to help track my fitness, nutrition & overall health progress. Ideally, it would have features like goal setting, progress tracking, and maybe some motivational tools.

Does anyone have advice for apps or programs that have worked well for them? Bonus points if it's free or affordable.

I am also interested in msbi training tools that integrate well with wearables like smartwatches /fitness bands. Customization options and detailed analytics would be great too.

If you’ve tried anything that stands out / even those to avoid, I would love to hear about your experiences.
