Any FIRM video lovers here?
Hi all, I have started doing the FIRM again for the past 4 months. I have been rotating Standing Legs, Super Sculpting and Tough Tape 2. These are my favorites and are considered more sculpting tapes. I need to add muscle because it was missing from my body. LOL. Just need to blast more fat. I am now looking for a well rounded more aerobic FIRM video. I am not to into the newer versions, so I was wondering if any of you had some favorite classic FIRM aerobic tapes you could suggest. Let me know what kind of results you are getting. thanks

Oh my god, I am such a FIRM believer! The BEST all-around FIRM workout is "FIRM Complete Aerobics and Weight Training" hosted by Emily Welsh. It is 60 minutes of combined weights and cardio and it blasts fat and sculpts muscle. It uses weights and the Fanny Lifter.
There is an old "Super Cardio Sculpt" hosted by Nancy Tucker that I have on VHS which is pretty good. It is a purple tape. It's a combo of step aerobics and floor work, and a couple sections where you use light dumbells in the aerobic moves. 40 min long.
When I started the FIRM I think I used "Body Sculpting Basics" which I remember being really tough. I don't know for sure though, it was many years ago.
You can also get some of these on NetFlix to try out if you have that.

My young skinny daughter does the firm at least 4 times a week. I asked her about it. She said it is good if you stick to it! She has a figure like a movie star by the way! You Go! You firm believers. It works if you work it!

I use The Firm Aerobic Interval Training with Sandal Bergman. It must be a classic because I've had it for at least 10 years. It is a combo of aerobics with weights. It is a really tough workout - the aerobic intervals are great for revving up your metabolism, and the weights are great (obviously) for building muscles. The abs routine is the toughest I've ever done. And you get it all done in one 60 minute workout.

I used to do the FIRM workouts, until I discovered Cathe Freidrich. Her strength workouts make the FIRM look like child's play, yet are easy to adapt to beginners by lowering the weight. She also gives more concise and regular form pointers than the FIRM. You can check her out on FITTV or www.cathe.com

Love the FIRM! I do old school body scuplting videos with the FannyLifter (Allie Del Rio rocks!). But I'm upgrading to the Transfirmer--I'm waiting for it to arrive and have bought a couple of new videos to go with it. The Firm has transformed my body. Some of the music I am not crazy about, but everything else I love. I've tried a few "systems", but none have engaged me in the same way. And while they are so challenging, they also pace things well so that it becomes doable--at just the point when I think I can't go on, they shift gears.

I liked it years ago. There was one instructor who didn't annoy me at all. I don't like the new ones though.
