How quickly do you lose weight?
I have been with PeerTrainer since 7/18. I log everyday, try to eat healthy, count calories and workout 6 days a week. Yet, I have only lost a total of 2.5lbs. How slowly or quickly have you been losing?

It depends...
When I first start out, I can usually lose 1-2 pounds a week. As I get closer to goal, things taper off. But I think it also depends on how much you have to lose and how drastically you've changes your diet/exercise program.

Well, 2.5 pounds is a start! Here are some other things to keep in mind:
How much weight do you have to lose? The more you have to lose, the faster you will see results in the beginning. If you only have 10 pounds to lose, it's going to take 2-3 months to get them off safely and keep them off.
How hard are you working out? A 20-minute walk six days a week will not yield the same results as 60 minutes of aerobics four days a week combined with 40 minutes of weight training 2-3 days a week.
How accurate are your calorie counts? Is there a chance you are underestimating? How many calories are you generally eating? If the weight is not coming off, try cutting back 250-500 calories a day (not so much that you are hungry all the time) from what you have been eating, and you should see another pound come off each week.
In general, 1-2 pounds per week is a good guideline to shoot for.

I am the OP - I do cardio workouts 40-60 minutes per day, 6 days a week. My calories are not where I would like them, but I know they are MUCH better than before I started counting. I usually hit around 1500, aiming for 1200-1300. And of course there are days I go above to nearly 1800 calories. I have about 20-25lbs to lose and it seems I am only losing about 2lbs per month, if this trend continues.

Two pounds a month is still really good! How happy would you be next May to be at your goal weight for the summer? Pretty happy, I bet!
Next suggestion is to replace two cardio sessions with intensive weight training, or to add 2-3 sessions in on top of your cardio workouts and shorten the cardio to 30 minutes on weight training days. I bet you will see results within two weeks.
