Chipotle Ideas?

A loaded Burrito at Chipotle's is a zillion calories. Do any of you have good mix and match ideas- or do you avoid the place?

When I go, I get a fajita bowl with lettuce instead of rice, no guac, no sour cream, no meat. So it's just grilled veggies, lettuce, and some beans. Not too high cal. Also not very filling. I avoid most everything there b/c I HATE cilantro, so this dish meets that requirement too. Mostly, I avoid Chipotle.

I also hate cilantro... so cutting out the rice is no biggy for me. I have not been there since I started my diet-but I know If I did go I would not get the shell (its like 300 cal) .. I would get the bowl with beans, chicken, lettuce and salsa and squeeze a lime over it.

I love chipotle. I am a chipotle addict. When I go, I get the steak fajita bowl. I love their hot salsa. It's really hot. The key for me, is that I only eat half of what I order. I always save half, and eat it for lunch the next day. They have really large portion sizes so even if you get a burrito it's easy to save half of it.

I actually ask for a small portion of rice, and then extra veggies, and I get the chicken.... If you can no sour cream or light on the sour cream, and I make mine hotter cause I tend to eat to fast and when it is hot then I slow down!!! AND NO chips!!!!!!

split whatever you get with someone, or save it for lunch the next day - two meals for $7 - can't beat that!

Me too! Do you have any? If I find some, I'll start a Chipotle recipe thread. Love chipotle - not the restaurant - haven't tried it.

I get the veggie bowl with no cheese and no sour cream, and I ask for a smaller portion of rice. I load it up with the fresh salsa. It's only about 400 calories that way. If you like those extras, maybe get them on the side so you can control the amount.
