Help! Need a new group
I am currently a member of a very fun, very active group for Bride's. My wedding was last weekend, so I feel like I should leave that group soon so other bride's have an opportunity to join. I am a very active poster and looking for a fun group.
I am a 27 year old female from Sacramento, no children. My goals are to maintain the figure I have now (I worked really hard for my wedding and it payed off!) and possibly lose another five to ten pounds. Please help, my wedding was just last weekend and I think I've already gained two pounds from all of the cake I ate!
Thanks!

Congratulations on getting married. I will be doing the same in December. Keep in mind what you did to lose the weight before your wedding should help you. Also it is not always about how much you lose. You should also focus on trying to maintain weight once you reach your goal. I am 5'2 and weight 153 pounds. My ideal weight is 130. I am currently doing weight watchers. When I started I wasn't keeping a food log. Now that I am it is helping me see what I am, doing wrong or right. Let's keep in touch so that we can help each other stay motivated. Speak to you soon.

I just started a new group
...for young professionals, from anywhere. Just look it up using keywords!
"This group is for young, intelligent professionals who were once in good shape, are fiercely commited to getting back into shape, and want to get and give support as they work toward their set goals. For ACTIVE posters."
