How do you use whey protein?
I was told to try and add whey Protein when making smoothies/ shakes...
Do you have any good recipes, and why is it good for me? I purchased some, but I'm not sure how to best use it..... Any tips are appreciated...

Whey protein has a full range of amino acids in an easily digestible form. My guess is that the person recommended it for muscle development, but that is not the only reason someone might use it. I used whey protein to prevent hunger when I was on a diet. I did not use a recipe. I just bought whey protein chocolate shake powder, added water, and drank it as a between-meal snack.

-You can mix whey protein with natural peanut butter and roll it in to balls. They'll keep in the fridge for about a week.

my 2 recipes I love and one of them I got off of here....
1 cup of low fat/low calorie yogurt (I like to buy the big vanilla flavored dannon), 1/2 cup of low calorie juice, 1/2 cup of ice, 1 scoop of protein, and 1/2 cup of any kind of fruit you like.
1 cup of low fat/low calorie yogurt, 1 packet of sugar free hot chocolate, and 1/2 cup of strawberries, 1/2 cup of ice, 1/2 cup of skim milk or water.
The second one is addictive, but higher in calories! Also I have the vanilla protein powder, and I like one other poster do not use it for the muscle building properties, I like it because it helps me stay full longer!
