there are a lot of us in the Boston area on PEERtrainer. Where do you live specifically? Are you male or female? What kinds of activities are you looking to do?

Female

and I like to mix it up cardio: spinning, running, kickboxing, strength: pilates, yoga, weights, circuits and intervals. I live in Cambridge and belong to two gyms (I m the perfect non attending client) but have to get a buddy to keep me going. It was the most successful thing I did in terms of fitness ever. But alas, buddy moved away and now I'm back in a rut... I will do outiside or inside workouts.

Is this an ad for a site? (to the above poster)

Or do you use it?

No it's not an ad, i have nothing to do with it, i've come across through a link in craigslist and i've searched for people in my area and a bunch came up and i met 1. I just saw all these posts recently about finding workout partners, so i thought maybe it would help.

To the original poster: Don't give up, keep posting and looking. You'll find someone in Boston.

I'm in Astoria/Jackson Heights/Woodside (NY) and just keep posting. Maybe somone near me will end up at my WINNERS site.

There, I just advertised myself. Do the same for yourself!!

finding a work out buddy

I started a local team and found one on PT- after being here a year, so I know it works.
