lets talk about sex ( some may be offended)

ok the only reason why I am asking about this on here is because I get to remain annonymous I am just curious if what has been going on with me has ever happened to any of you out there . Some nights I will be awoken by an orgasim there is no stimulation being applied to the area however I will experience the greatest orgasim. I don't always remember dreaming about sex it just seems to happen and its much better than any orgasim I have ever had while awake. I have always heard of teenage boys having wet dreams, I am a 30+ year old female This didnot just start it has been going on for over 10 years I have an active sex life, I just would like to know if any of you women experience this or am I alone. This is not a subject I feel comfortable talking about however since no one will know who I am I feel more comfortable . So please if you have had this happen or if you know if this is somewhat normal let me know..

I watched a show on the discovery channel once on people who had orgasms without actually doing anything. Its due to hyper sensitive nerve endings. Usually it happens at night because blood rests in the lowest part of your body ( usually the bottom area since it's generally heaviest) sothere is more blood in the nerves. Check out discovery channel website also google it. I know for a fact your not alone

To back up the 8:33 poster, I believe Dr. Phil did a little piece on this a few months back, featuring a woman who has, like, 100 a day. You might want to check his website to see if it's archived.

Female early twenties. It's happened every once in a while since I was about 18, I suppose. With me it's tied to not getting the relief I need in daily life due to time-constraints, stress, etc. My body just does it anyway if it's overdue. Always very pleasant, though different from my waking orgasms.

female, late 30's, have had these for years -- more often if I'm not having enough sex. I've had a couple of these wake me up in the middle of the night that were FAR more intense than any waking orgasm I've had.

Female, mid twenties. I have had this happen a couple of times but almost more like a really-horney feeling and from what i remember, it was associated with a great sex dream.
I always suprise hubby in the middle of the night when i feel like this- why should i hold back? ?? hehe

I've had that happen to me quite a few times, even though I've got quite an active sex life. In fact, I've found that mine can happen the night after I've had really great sex. I'm female, 27.

Haven't had one in a year or so, but they used to happen every few months. I'm 28.
Totally normal, isn't the female body ultra cool! And no "emissions."

Happens to me occasionally -- puts me in a good mood for the rest of the day! Don't worry about it for heaven's sake!
It's often easier to experience all kinds of intense emotions in dreams... just a reminder that EVERYTHING we experience in life -- sights, sounds, touch, taste, smells -- are all really happening in the little space within our skulls. Don't know what I'm talking about? Read this book and prepare to have your mind blown :)
