Seattle "Adventure Boot Camp"
I have included the link below this this program that I've heard about, called "ADVENTURE BOOT CAMP."
From what I gather from the website this is a women's only program set up to be like a "boot camp" workout which incorporates core conditioning, running, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, sport yoga, kick boxing, pilates, sport drills, obstacle courses, and so on.
They claim the expected results to be:
* 3 - 5% reduction in body fat
*better relaxation
*1 - 3 inch decrease in the midsection
*25% increase in strength
*greatly improved posture
*5 - 12 lbs of weight loss
*25% improvement in endurance and 100% gain in self confidence
I'm interested in joining this! Looks like a lot of fun!

I live in NYC and lots of trainers run bootcamps in Central Park every morning, the most famous of which is Stacy's Bootcamp. If you live in a city, you can find this sort of thing. If you don't but you can find 2-3 friends with compatible goals and schedules, then you can hire a trainer who specializes in this kind of workout to do this for you and it will bring the cost to about the same as joining one of these existing groups.

Seattle Adventures Boot Camp
I am in the last week of my first ever Boot Camp! It's been very hard but it was worth every penny. I'm actually going to sign up for the next session as well! I have a very long way to go before I'm where I want to be but this was a great way to start and I can't wait to continue! ( Yes the first day I went home and cried because I thought there was no WAY I was going to be able to last) I have and love it!

I did this boot camp, although in Georgia. At the end of 6 weeks, I lost over 14 inches throughout my body! It totally rocks. It is a little expensive at $299 for a 4 week program, so I'd suggest tryinig to find a cheaper one. However, if money is no object, then go for it!!
