Wasa Crackers added to the Wiki
My favorite Wasa Sesame Crackers are now in the database. I added a picture so you know what to look for.

More about wasa...
Hi!
gdoodle pointed out an interesting comparison about wasa crackers, and she's right. they vary greatly in terms of calories and fiber. Sometimes I eat sesame and sometimes I eat whole grain (which have fewer calories and considerably more fiber) but since I eat them so much, I like the variety and I like different crackers with different ones.
I do NOT recommend the crisp and light though.

Haha, I like the crisp and light ones. But they're entirely different, more like eating slightly flavored styrafoam that kinda sticks to your teeth. After that description, not sure why I like them!
I also like Fiber Rye, they're the lowest cal (other than the Crisp and Light).

I love the light rye ones :-)
2 slices Wasa Light Rye crackers (60)
1 triangle Laughing Cow Light (half on each cracker) (35)
2 Tbsp TJ's Roasted Veggie Tapenade (30)
Total 125 calories for a VERY filling snack that is quite a bit of food.
