Online journal for motivation

I am a beginner in fitness and slimming and I was advised to start a diary where I would write down my diet and workout routine and also measurements in order to be able to track my progress and stay motivated. However, I tend to forget to do it regularly. I thought of starting an online diary so people could follow me and demand new posts of me. But my writing is aweful (as you see). Is the option of hiring a writer from top essay sites.. I don't know.. ridiculous?:)

For this purpose motivation is very necessary to push towards the goal or success.
