Need Nutritional Info on healtfood store stuff..

Anyone knows how many calories are in the fig newtons that you buy in bulk in healthfood stores? these are wholewheat granola type ones, not horrible nabisco stuff .

They are probably very comparable to Barbara's fig bars found in the grocery section. I use WW points sometimes and they are quite high on the point system. I think 2 of them is a serving. They are yummy though!!!

I forgot I wanted to tell you a great way to get a craving satisfied for those bars is to get some bulk figs and roll them in crushed almonds. I like to add cinnamon and/ or coconut too. I think having the almonds for protein makes it better so I don't have to eat as much.
