A congratulations is in order!!!!!!
I just wanted to say that I'm so proud of every single person that belongs to this site. This may seem weird since I don't even know any of you, but just the fact that you each recognize that you want, or need, to change for the better makes all of you deserve a HUGE pat on the back :)
So, GO YOU!!!! :-D
Wed. Jun 14, 11:32am
PS- I'm a fellow member, so I get a pat too! Yes!! hehe

Good things come from being part of this community...
Nice of you to make the point that we all deserve congrats for joining Peertrainer! What is so great is that taking this first step toward better health (of joining Peertrainer) has led to additional positive steps for me: a healthy dose of peer pressure found here has motivated me to establish and then increase my weekly running goals.

If you like Peertrainer, spread the word, tell your HR department at work about it and have them point co-workers to the site. If they email us at corp_programs at peertrainer.com we can give them more info on some of the work we are now doing with companies.

Positive peer pressure
We are working towards our best selves, which is fantastic! I'm really loving the positive peer pressure, as I tend to be a little competitive (in a cooperative way, of course!). There's the first angle: I don't want to write this in my log later where everyone can see it, so I won't eat it. My favorite has been the second angle though: I'm going to do this(exercise) or eat (sprouts etc) this JUST so I can put it in my log where everyone can see it!
Keep on working the system and keep each other accountable!
