Anyone in Colorado
I have lived in Colorado all my life, I have heard over and over how our fair state is one of the healthiest states in the union. So, I am wondering what types of activities and things of that nature you Coloradoans do to keep in shape and keep from getting bored. I am talking about things you can do outdoors since it seems like we are going to have one heck of a hot summer!

My hubby and I ride our bikes on the paths in and around Cherry Creek State Park. There are paths suitable for all fitness/ability levels.

I live in northern CO and I do a lot of hiking, mountain biking, and sailing in the summer, in addition to running in the morning before it gets too hot.

Running in the early morning is PERFECT! I love it! Crisp clean air! I do the typical outdoor activities: running, biking, hiking, swimming. But I do have a friend that has a lake kayak and she loves it. I have to move out of state for a few years and am going to miss it so much! Colorado rocks!

The sheer number of people on bicycles when I drive up to the mountains shocks me. I bought my first CamelBak earlier this week. Really, I just want to be trendy, but also it'll be great inspiration to actually get out and check out those paths. Oh, and I go to a church in Washington Park, that place is bustling with bladers and runners and bikers and walkers every Sunday morning. And I think a big reason everyone is out so often is that we have 300 days of sunshine here every year, but it's never really all that hot. Trust me, I'm outside as often as I can handle, even if it's just for the tan. ;-)
