Insanely busy but needing to workout.
Any tips for carving out time for a workout when you have no time?
Sat. May 27, 10:57am
I have 16 hour days and I make time when I get up. Even 20 min of something is better. I do it when I get up or before I go to bed. If you have work, try going for a walk on your lunch break, thats always an awesome idea. But a set of weights in your car so you can tone up while in traffic! Also do some stretching at your desk, make sure you walk as much as possible anytime you can. Little things do add up and keep you sane
Hope that helps a bit!!

You are an inspiration to us all! As you prove, even small bits of exercise add up - its a cop out to say that you haven't got time to work out - maybe you don't have time to go to the gym for an hour or so, but we can all run up and down the stairs for a few minutes, do some squats whilst the kettle is boiling etc!
Well done!

Park far away from the store - get in short bits of walking wherever you can.
Talking on the phone? Take it for a walk - reception is usually better outside anyways.

One thing I find is that if you have a somewhat flexible job, no one even notices if you are awol working out for an hour as long as you have already shown up for work! If I workout before or after, it is clear that I arrive late or leave early, but if I escape for an hour for a run or a swim no one notices. The only problem is you have to drag all that crap to work with you (clothes, shoes, bag, towel, etc.)
