one problem Kathrine is not talented! What about Carrie underwood & Kelly Clarkson were they not good looking and talended?

Anyways I'm voting for taylor becuase the whole contest is a joke. I am not convienced the voting means squash, the producers still have the right to drop who they want to drop.

OK, the show is done, and Taylor did A LOT better than Katharine. Don't you think? Kat's last song was so terrible. I have a little bit of music training (not a lot) but enough to know that she was "pitchy" during most of it. I voted for Taylor and got in about 3 times before giving up and going to bed. I got my inlaws hooked on the show, too, and they voted for Taylor, too. We will see tonight!

I thought Taylor did terrible last night - so did not deserve to take Elliott's space in the finals.

I think Katharine definitely is a great singer - with right songs and some voice lessons she could do even better. And she is gorgeous - Kelly and Carrie are just plain janes with million dollar stylists...

Ok, yes, well Elliot is definitely a fantastic singer, and I wish he could have been in the finals. I am excited to see what he will do from here, I would buy a CD of his if/when it comes out. Katharine, though, really annoyed me, so even though Taylor is weird, he is definitely a performer and I hope he wins!!!!!

elliott is a great singer, chris is a great singer ... taylor is a really good singer but he was the most fun to watch so he's still in ... Katherine is still there because she looks good, her perfomances were so uneven! ... that's not the kind of girl power we need.

I spotted Taylor in the early auditions and have been watching him ever since.

Glad to see that he bucked the "American Idol Look and sound" and that he won! I went out and bought his album (self-produced) shortly after he started in the competition. It sounds great-- Glad to see that we finally have someone unique in sound and personality as the winner--not some generically commercial person.

the show was pretty long ... but some of it was pretty funny, like the kid singing with Clay Aiken, I think he was legitimately surprised! and I am old enough to think of that as an ELton John song anyway, so I was confused for a bit ! And Mary J. Blige shaking Elliott's arm like a rag doll ... I would love to hear him sing again, though .. by himself!

Did anyone else think Katherine singing with Meatloaf was just odd? I couldn't even watch.

Also - did Clay Aiken get some "work" done. He looked kind of plastic...

Ok, where the bleep did Meatloaf come from? Why on earth did they invite him to sing? He sounded horrible, he's a creepy ugly fat man. I felt so sorry for Kat that she had to sing with him. Did you notice they never touched? If I were here I would demand that he not be allowed to touch me. Of course Taylor got to sing with some attractive woman, don't know her name.

I barely recognized Clay, what's with his hair? The fan on stage with him was highly annoying.

I thought that was hilarious! i guess that the impersonator was supposed to stop singing but he just kept singing with Clay until Ryan brought him a chair.

It wouldn't have a made sense for Kat and M-Loaf to touch during that song anyway.
