I'm so embarrassed and I can't figure out how to get over it

I sent an email to someone that was really rude and out of line and I can't take it back. It keeps popping up into my mind. I'm so upset about it, how can I just forgive myself?

I would email them an apology.. they may not be ready to talk to you.. . your human. we all make mistakes. tell them your sorry. and you were out of line that when they are ready to talk you would like a second chance.

Stop thinking about what you did, think about the other person. Why did he do that? It's not your fault he responded that way, he/she has his/her own issues and none of this is your business. Be worried but do not exaggerate it. Hope you'll get better! Sophia
