I would like some advice/opinions on my workout plan (in my profile) and eating plan.

I was hoping that you guys could give me your opinions of what I plan to do for now for my weight loss. I've decided to do 2 hours a day of elliptical cardio (staying in my fat burning zone heart rate for the most part) and I'm going to basically eat 3 healthy meals and 2 to 3 healthy 150 or so Calorie or below snacks a day. For my meals I've decided to buy personal chef pre-made weekly meals that are supposed to be low fat, high fiber, gluten free, and (I think) low carb (if anyone wants info on it, feel free to ask me the website and you can see it for yourself), and I'll supplement the meals with the healthy snacks I mentioned. I just wanted to add too that I've been trying to lose weight for a long time, and I've been successful, but I have a habit of getting discouraged and just stopping, but I've at least realized a lot about how bad my eating habits were and how hard it was for me to stop eating before. Now I am so much better with being satisfied by smaller portions and realizing when I'm truly hungry.

I know this may be kind of weird to ask people to give me their opinions because my plan may either seem good or as if it's too much, but I felt like I needed the advice on how successful people think this will be for me. In the past, I've tried working out a lot and highly restricted eating, and I didn't lose weight, and now I know that it was because my metabolism was increased from my workouts, but I wasn't eating enough. Now I'm kind of worrying about whether I would be working out too much, and whether I am on the right track.

Thanks guys!
