sooooooooo frustrated with my job

i understand this isn't weight related but i really think my frustration is the reason i can't lose the weight. total chicken egg thing, could i really lose weight if i liked my job more? anyone btdt?

I know it sucks to hate your job - is there one baby step you could take in the next thirty days? (a class, a workshop, send out a resume, take a class that has nothing at all to do with career or health - just for pure fun, etc.)??

I find when I'm in a bad relationship or job I'm heavier in general. What do you do? I like the above poster's question about a baby step you could take in the next thirty days.

I have to say that for me I totally agree with the exercise part. Exercise IS my happy pill. Without regular exercise I become an emotional mess!

nice comments - I know they say exercise is a natural anti-depressant - I do workout but think I should up it a bit. It is super motivating to see progress .
