any such way or thing you guys know to get your butt smaller?

Everything is getting smaller except for my butt. It's out of proportion and I can't stand it. It makes it hard to get the right size dress. I run and do exercises to make my thighs and butt stronger but it's not helping.

Do you still have a fair amount to lose? Maybe your butt is just lagging and it will eventually get smaller.

you really cant spot reduce, but squats are killer for butt muscles.. donkey kicks i think are good too. its made mine go down.. if you look at my log i will post two pics you can see the difference

From what I know, there is no such thing as spot training. How did you target you backside?

there is no such thing as spot training, but you can do exercises that target areas, but weight comes off where it comes off at. i did alot of squats, lunges, donkey kicks and such.

"brazil butt lift"- specifically the "high and tight" dvd is good....I agree with a previous poster about squats, donkey kicks.....maybe add ankle weights....I have the same "issue" and it's a drag

question for lynneta6

I've tried to go to the link about your before/after photos a couple times- I type in exactly what is listed but don't see you. Is there another way I could see them? I am not able to click directly on your link here either - as its not "highlighted". I am not very computer savvy - is there something else I should be doing? I'd love to see them - sounds like it would be super, super motivating/inspiring. Thanks, cess

lol peel.. i actually agree women dont bulk like men do were not built that way.you cant spot reduce, but you can target areas and work on firming specific areas, but weight will come off where it comes off.

i do think squats, lunges, dk have helped shape my bum and will continue to do them

thanks.. the 195 was not my highest.. even.. i use to be 370 and my butt was ginormous. so yes i believe in targeting areas with exercise.. i cant spot reduce but can tone and strengthen.. i still have over 30 pounds to go.. my goal is to keep toning as i go so hopefully no loose skin
