Best food, to take before evening meal.

Well what is the good food, for a nice evening walk for improving fitness, because i want to make my body strong so any expert person please share here.

The best food is usually anything that is not overly processed and doesn't come in a package. Prepackaged foods usually have a lot of chemicals and pesticides, and they are almost always GMO. Get a few cookbooks and buy natural whole foods. Make your own food.
