I'm 19 and need help

Hi Jackie my name is Jessica and i have been over weight for like 19 years now which is currenlty my age...everyday i search the internet for ways to help me deal with my weight issues but its reall hard

i just wanted to let you know that i found some really
amaizing tips on the peertrainer plus the videos wc i believe are going to help me...and if there is any other tips that you could give me to help me stay motivated iwld really appreciate it:)thx alot and God Bless You
