Any inspiring quotes to think about?

I saw a quote on a sign recently that really made me think:

"If you really want to do something you will find a way, if not you will find an excuse"

This made me realized often I have used excuses in my qwest to be healthy but how if I really wanted it I would be making it happen. It really helped me re-evaluate my motivation. Has anyone come across any quotes that helped them? I would love to hear more!

I saw this on a poster and it made me laugh.

For those not familiar with the saying, "Up shit creek without a paddle" It means you are in a very difficult situation. Most people get stuck here. They complain and make excuses, they stagnant. They never realize their potential. They never achieve their goals or dreams.

But the survivor overcomes the adversity. If they are going through hell, they keep on going, and get past it, and arrive on the other side. They can look at the situation, and make the best choices from the options available. They are resilient. They do not let minor setbacks define them as failures. They take it all in as feedback, and make better choices the next time. They eventually reach their goal.

Whenever I find myself up shit creek (weight gain/plateau), I know that I'll eventually get to the other side... I'm a survivor because I refuse to be stuck at shit creek!!

This quote makes me laugh, and makes me think... Ahh, it's so hilarious, right?!

that's me!
