Why are there no recent posts on here I wonder?

Can't help noticing nobody has posted very recently on here. Maybe everybody is so successful in their attempts to lose weight they don't need any tips or advice. Is that the case? If you are finding it difficult, too please reply so I have some moral support and know I'm not alone.

I've jusgt started a new fitness programme at the gym as well devised by a peronal trainer there - I've been doing something called a "burpie" where you have to do a squat thrust and then jump up in the air. I have to do 3 sets of 12 - a killer! I am also doing lots of other strength training exercises too, but this is the one I find makes me the most breathless. Then, after all the strength training exercies, I am meant to run on the treadmill for 15 minutes. I am finding this quite hard as my legs are tired by then. I've had achey muscles but then I've only been doing it for a week. I'm hoping that if I keep going it will eventually get easier and I'll get fit - not just fit to drop! lol

Please share your experiences - I would love to hear them, especially from people who are struggling, like me!, or have a great success story to tell of how all your hard work has been worthwhile and you're now shimmying around in smaller clothes and getting compliments on your newfound slim figure.

Ruth :-)

Actually, since I posted this I notice there are some recent posts. Apologies for that...when I accessed Peer Trainer from my mobile they didn't show up. It's my mobile being termperamental again I guess!!

You'll probably get used to it and not ache so much, but until then, maybe you can do the treadmill before doing strength. I usually do my cardio before to warm up my body and also because my muscles are too fatigued after strength training to do much of anything.
