Any good running logs out there???

Does anyone know of a good (and free) online running log?
I'm familiar with coolrunnings, I'd just like to know what the other option are before I commit to logging in one.
thanks :)

That sounds like something PT should be doing...

OP:

Well, that would certainly make it easier on me. Then I'd only have to visit one website for all my exercise needs!!

Great, could you tell us exactly what fields you would want in the log? This way we can create a customized log format specific to the needs of runners.

Yay Running log!!

Hey, can I get in on this discussion? :c) -- I'm not the Op, but I *love* to run & would adore a log for it on PT:

-a place to note what "course" you're running and the intention for the run (interval, speed, or distance training)
-a place to note how the run felt, was it a good day, etc, a misc field
-miles run per run instance (and times, miles per minute and total)
-miles run per week (and, best time or average time)
-miles run per month (and best time or average time)
-countdown to various race dates or reminders/calendar of race dates
-a way to pre-set your training schedule

OP:

The 11:25 poster listed the most important ones.
I'd also like to be able to save specific routes (regular distance), and be able to view graphs that show my progress.
Thanks!!
I'll let you know if I think of anything else.

To the PT:
the 11.25 post is very one person specific. I concentrate more on timing and my pace. I like tracking my progress by my pace - say, same 30 min I currently run 9min/mile, in a month I want to improve to 8min/mile and so on...

A running log would be wonderful.
Just a space to track daily time and mileage and perhaps a column to total it for the week would be great.
