South Beach Diet

Anyone doing South Beach diet. I've (re)started the induction phase and am losing weight but have concerns on how to adapt my workout routine since I'm not taking any many carbs right now. I worked out yesterday by going keeping my cardio within range, no spirts and lifting lighter weights. I felt ok but was very tired by bedtime. Anyone wlse out there limiting carbs AND working out?

I have been doing the South Beach diet for about 4 months and have lost 48lbs.
During the first phase I only did cardio 3 times a week (20Minutes). However once I got onto the 2nd phase my energy increased and I found that my body adapted very well. I have tons of energy . When I do have a bad day I will go back to Phase ONE for a couple of days . I tend to do more weight training on those days and only 20 minutes of cardio. I do find myself more tired by bedtime, but I am now getting a more restful sleep and wake up so refreshed.
