Awesome Food finds at Trader Joe's

Can't help it, I found an awesome and flavorful food find at Trader Joe's

They have a Sundried Tomato & Olive Bruschetta in a glass jar.

Granted, it's 110 calories (10 g. fat) per 2 TBS (30 g) serving...

But it's so flavorful that only a tiny bit is needed...

I put it with a slice of cheese on a cracker... and it's like eating a mini -pizza..!

It tastes really sweet, but only has 5 g of carbs in it. 2 g of Sugar / 2 g of fiber

The fats are mostly from the olives, so not necessarily too bad for us!

Anyways, It was so yummy, I just had to share!

They also have another Bruschetta that is only about 40 cal for 2 tbsp, it is awesome. So is there grilled veggie mix in the same area as the Bruschetta's. You should definitely try the Roasted Garlic Tomato Soup, if you like tomato soup you will love this.

Another fav: Roasted Red Peppers with Eggplant and Garlic. It's a spread that's only 15 cals per 2 T and is fantastic as a dip for veggies or slathered on a veggie wrap.

Yes, Yes!!! They have some awesome veggie dips.
Unfortunately, I have to really watch what's in them--hubby's allergic to Onions...
