Throw away the leftovers, out in the dumpster if you can. If you get hungry again tonight, have a glass of water. Brush your teeth and use mouthwash so you won't feel like eating any more. Decide that that was then, this is NOW. Put one foot in front of the other and continue on you way. You'll do great. It isn't how many times you fall; it's how many times you get back up again.

you don't mention if you know what triggered the bad meal (physical? emotional?) , but if so try to avoid it or change your response to that situation next time. a suggestion would be making sure you are getting enough good carbs in your normal diet.

REMEMBER

One meal is not a disaster. Compounding one bad meal with another and another...then you've got trouble. It's never to late to make a u-turn and get back on track. After a couple of days it's a mere blip.

Just get on track with the next meal vs "tomorrow" and you'll be fine.
