My goal

My goal is to lose 6 pounds in the 6 weeks. That would put me at 164 down from 170.

My Goal(s)

I have a hard time picking just one. My first goal is to track everything I eat. In doing that, I will be more conscious of what I'm putting into my body, so that I can reach my main goal of losing weight. I weigh 180 and want to weigh 165 (talk about honesty and full disclosure!) I want to weigh 165 by March 17th (no signifiance to that date; it's just 6 months from today). And I want to weigh 176 by my birthday in three weeks.

my goal

i have been eating fairly well -- following the weight watchers momentum plan on my own. i have had a few lapses. so . . . my primary goal is to exercise more. although i tell myself i will, i just don't do it. i want to initially commit to doing aerobic exercise for 30 minutes at least 5 times per week. by the end of six weeks i'd like to be up to 45 minutes of aerobic exercise 5 times per week.

I want to do strength training AT LEAST 5 times a week. I don't have a gym membership, so this gets a little tricky, but I'm going to concentrate on things like crunches, pushups and lunges. I need to make a workout routine with a set number of sets and reps that I will do everyday and I want to push myself, not just do what feels easy.

Nancy0418's goal

My goal is to exercise at least 5 times a week, and portion control. I feel I eat pretty healthy, but my portions are too high.

jenny64's Goals for the Spotlight

1. Get to the gym a minimum of 4 times per week.

2. To stop thinking about the 'run-to-walk' program and JUST DO IT. Even if I only do it 2 days instead of 3.

3. Go to bed earlier during the spotlight - lights out no later than 10pm.

Uh, on #3 for Jenny64 - that would be lights out by 10pm on weeknights. Haha.
