Do you think a little 10 minute run on the treadmill will help?
I could only do 10 minutes on the treadmill at the gym this morning. My cell interrupted me and of course, I had to go. Would anyone even count this as a workout? Thanks!

Well, it's better than not running for 10 minutes. And if you can get another 20 in some other time during the day, there's half an hour.

The ideal is 20 minutes+ with a heart rate above 130.

Yes! You can get in exercise all day long. Parking far from the grocery store or walking through the mall. There's no such thing as 30 minutes on the treadmill equals a workout. Nice job!

It all adds up during the day. Wear a pedometer and be amazed at how far you travel in the course of a day.

lol - 8:24p - that's so true. I've seen people at the gym spend an hour puttering around and they don't exert as much energy as I've seen others do in 10 minutes!

I know!! Op, you go girl. You have to start somewhere and you can't always predict what will happen. Did you feel better after that 10 minutes? I bet your day was great!

The article is really good. I found here looking for a good article because my heart was empty. There are a lot of different articles, so reading them makes me feel a bit empty. Next time I want to read an article about, please.
