Trying weight watchers but I work 3rd shift.
Hello! I'm looking for some advice...I was very successful with Weight Watchers last year going from 175 to 152, and I was very excited. I have since started working 3rd shift (1130pm to 8am) and am having difficulty following the plan...especially with my days off and have since gained weight back up to 168. Does anyone have any tips for me to help me use this program working 3rd shift? Thanks!

I feel your pain- I gained 30lbs when I went to 2nd shift (330-1130) it sucks because your entire schedule is messed up- eating and sleeping at weird times.... My best advice is to get yourself on a schedule and stick to it. For example: I wrote out on a piece of paper the times of the day 12am-11;59 and then wrote exactly what to do during that time. It was rough the first two weeks but it really helped me keep track of what time to eat and when I needed to be asleep.

I think we must be twins. Last year with WW I went from 184 to 160! I was already working night shift when I started. THe trick is to figure out when one day starts and another ends. I only gained back because I lost my motivation and said I would take a little "break". Not only did I log my foods I also logged the times that I ate. I just made sure to stay within my points on a rolling 24 hour period. (hope that makes sense)
