Help me lose 10lbs?

So the highest I've ever been is probably around 165
When I joined peer trainer I was around 150
And now I'm at 130 give or take a pound.

I feel I've done really well but I was told that my ideal weight for my height 5'4" is 120lbs I kind of need help starting up again to get there and really hope I'll be happy with the results. It seems everytime I get down to the weight I think is best it turns out I need to lose another 10lbs. Just need some ideas, good plans, help, etc.

By the way, I heard Slim Fast is really good, any comments?

Congrats on your weight loss so far! You have done great losing weight, you clearly know how to get the job done, and now you just need to keep it going until you get to where you want to be.

I'd, personally, skip the Slim Fast option. It doesn't teach long term habits that will keep you where you want to be. Not to mention drinking our calories just doesn't register the same as sitting down and eating them.

Since you've lost so much weight I'd recalculate your daily calorie needs to maintain - it has surely changed from 35 pounds ago. Make your calorie adjustments, keep up the exercise and you'll get to your goal weight - no problem.

If you like challenging exercise - Making the Cut by Jillian Michaels is a great workout/eating plan designed specifically for the last 10 pounds.
