I ate 4 Entimens donuts yesterday

How's that for super statistics? And I didn't even feel full. And it wasn't even in binge fashion. I could take bets that no one else has days like that...

You could take bets, but you'd lose.

Plenty of us have done just as bad or worse - each one of us is just another flawed human doing the best one can. Some days that best is better than others. Most of the time the folks who succeed are those who accept that there will also be failure, accept that they're not perfect, and keep trying.

Just keep working to make tomorrow better.

Ok, that was yesterday. This is today. Just take it day by day. Some of us even have to take it meal by meal. Just because you mess up, it doesn't mean you failed or have to quit the whole thing. Just acknowledge to yourself that you messed up, and pick up where you left off before eating the donuts.

It happens way more frequently to people on this website than you are thinking.

it use to happen to me more frequently but, I have gotten it under control. What has helped alot is using this stuff from BeachBody called Shakeology( http://myshakeology.com/BBCoachSherkei/ ) Its a thick protein type shake that I can have when ever I want to have something sweet. I add a lot of ice so, it ends up being like an ice cream malt. Its delicous and FILLING!! . I love the Beachbody company though. I've been doing their workouts for almost 2 years and LOVE them.
