Celebrity Fit Club - Fat Smash Diet

I loved this show and am interested to find out if there are any peertrainers doing the diet. I have been trying to find out as much information about the diet prior to purchasing the book. I know that there are 4 phases and the first is pretty much all vegetarian or a "detox" phase. Any more information would be appreciated.Thanks!

food for thought go to the local book store ( pref barnes and nobles nice chairs) and sit down look through book to see if it is something you can live with. i have taken a note pad and pen to jot down imp. info i felt was needed to think over before buying a book that could affect your daily life. also remember to check out the library. might get lucky.
