Agree with the cheese factor. I find 80s music the best and disco. I find music really helps in the spin class. The worst - trans and techno - I hate instructors who are into that music. You know how you try running in your dream and you're tripping and falling and your legs are heavy? Trans and techno induce exactly that kind of reaction on me...
