Vitamins- OK to take at night?

What is the best time of day to take vitamins?


Is it OK to take them at night, just after dinner?

It is best to take them with a meal because the food will help your body absorb them. I don't think it matters which meal.

it is better to take your vitamins in the morning or day - they energize you and make it hard to sleep.
minerals, however, act opposite and are better taken at night.
if you're like me - 9-5 desk job - I keep my vitamins at work and take them first thing after lunch. This way a) I always take them b) I had tried taking them after breakfast but they make me sick c) 1 less thing to do in the morning before leaving to work.
