AB Circle Pro

Have any of you tried this workout machine or know of anyone who has? What is your opinion on the machine?? I really am thinking about purchasing one at Kmart this week. Just so worried it will be a waste of money however it does look like a great workout on television... Let me know what you all think, or have experienced, about this piece of equipment. Thanks In advance

I am a big fan of Jennifer Nicole Lee, who is the person behind this product. I was curious about the Ab Circle Pro when it came out but thought it sounded like a waste of money, so I read customer reviews on various sites. Based on those customer reviews, I would definitely not buy it. It sounded like there were a lot of various technical issues/problems. I think that the "waist twist" exercise that she previously recommended in order to achieve waist definition is just as effective or more so than this piece of equipment. However, this is just my opinion and I have not seen the Ab Circle Pro in person, much less actually tried using it; there may be people who have had a positive experience with it.

I don't know anything about the this product, but in general most ab machines are a waste of money. The great thing about abs is they are a group of muscles easly worked without machines. Get yourself a medicine ball for extra intensity, but other than that machines are not needed.

I'm in my 70's and am trying out this instrument of torture set on the lowest level...3 mins is enough for me at the moment, (after 2 days ) which doesn't burn many calories. Still have'nt sorted the electronic monitor, lots of different figures are turning over in sequence. and could be interesting to watch if I understood them!

However, it is a change from the bike, or the rowing machine ( which I think is probably the best all round machine to have in the home, but v expensive ) The Ab Pro certainly works the abdominal obliques and laterals as well as the recti. Also my arms, which I am probably using wrongly to start the swing.

Requires more space than I first thought, and quite a danger to the onlooking cats and dogs.

I am looking forward to the "crawling" movement on it but there are dire warnings to delay this until "fit!. Nevertheless will risk my life for you and try that later in the day and report.
