Does anyone know if PT or any other free site, has an interactive type tool thst e-mails you once a week and asks you what you weigh? I see onPT faqs that you don't need to post your weight but I thought being "asked" would help (even if its being asked by an anonymous/computerized program.

Two + years ago I started using Alli when it first came out. Their web site would e-mail me and remind me to weigh in, but after 4 or 8 weeks or something, it just stopped. I had made good progress, but certainly wasn't to my goal yet, so I'm not sure why it stopped.

I weigh myself everyday and post it. It's a habit that I like being in. I do know there are hundreds of sites that will email you, just google.

Maybe your PT group members could help you out. You could decide to post your weight once a week on your profile and have them ask/remind you if you forget.
