New Group ~ 40ish Females

This group is for women OVER 40 and under 50 with 40 or more pounds to lose. This is a common age for women to start menopause or peri-menopause so I am looking to start a group dedicated to women in their 40s, not under, not over. Sorry ~ don't mean to sound "discriminatory" but just looking for true peers for my age group. Thanks.
