Turbo Jam program

I've seen the infomercial about Turbo Jam and was wondering if anyone has had major success with this program who is not just seditary and starting, but who's a little more active ona daily basis and adding it to their workout program. Also if you have been doing it - how long and how much weight/inches have you lost. Thanks!

Thanks above poster! Fluer83 here and i I love Turbo Jam and totally recommend it! I'm definately someone who's more active and I had great success with it. I didn't even follow the program as regularly as on the schedule they give you, but I try to fit it in every once in a while, and doing it passively like this I still lost 13 pounds since starting in september. I'm down to 113.6! I'm sure I would have had a faster result if I followed the program strictly though, but it doesn't matter. It doesn't feel like a workout, it's loads of fun. Definately try it. Here's a code for 10% DVDSERT. you can get it at beachbody.com.

It's about $65 after shipping, do you feel it's worth the $? How often do they recommend doing the program? Do you use this progrem in place of the gym, or do you do both.

I dont have a lot of space in my TV room, is a large area needed?

Thanks!

It's pricy but I think it's totally worth it. In fact i've ordered all the extra turbo jam programs too. Somehow i think i got a better deal when i ordered the 1st one though because it was a promo price. It's all I use, i don't go to the gym. Doesn't take up too much space, you may have to take few steps to the side or forward. Let me know if anyone wants me to start a Turbo Jammers group whoevers doing TJ

The TurboJam program works like gangbusters if you're willing to follow the workouts. I lost more than 30 pounds in 2 1/2 months with it, definitely recommended.

I've lost over 80lbs using Turbo Jam since mid-November 2008. It's AWESOME. I use it instead of going to the gym and I would definitely recommend it.
