Anyone doing Self Challenge 2006?

I'm on the week 5.

I started PT on January 8th this year and never lost any weight for 2 months until I started paying more attention to what my calories were and fat intake. Now I read everything before I eat it. I made a challenge for myself to lose 10 pounds by Easter Sunday as of today I reached my goal. I'm proud to say I've lost 10 pounds this month by weighing and measuring my food. My next goal is to lose 10 pounds by the end of April and start walking again when it warms up.

I subsribe to SELF and have thought about trying the challenge. Being that you're in week 5, do you see a change?

Yes, definitely. Very subtle though. The reason is I was only focusing on the workout part. It did help me to kickstart my routine and help me stay on track exercising. Now that I'm on a roll with with it, I'm focusing on my eating and hopefully PT will help me achieve that. The toning routines are really great - you should try them - look easy at first but kick butt and are very quick and require minimum equipment!
