Tonight's workout

I want something fun to do for a workout tonight. I need it to be about 200-300 calories, at home or outside. Any suggestions? I'm so bored!

Another idea - get a weighted medicine ball and toss it up into the air while watching TV. :-) That's a great workout for the arms & shoulders!

go for a walk. one hour walking can burn 200-300 calories easy.
