How To Keep The Weight Off?

please share your strategies, experiences. We started this thread in response to the interview we did with Mat Hoover of the biggest loser tv show. very cool interview and it motivated us to bring some focus to that question:

exercise exercise exercise...and some vegetables. Exercise gives me a margin of error.

It's a LIFESTYLE change from the lifestyle you had when you were heavier. You can't go back to your old lifestyle of over eating and under exercising. Eat 'thin' foods and in moderation, and purposefully exercise. One of the most effective exercises is pushing yourself away from the dinner table.

Continue to plan and log your meals. I find that even if I eat healthy things, that it is easy to eat just a little too much if I don't keep track, and we all know what a little too much can lead to!

You have to change your lifestyle from when you were over weight and include some exercise, some may even require additional help from supplements or meds online. So it comes down to basically lifestyle change, exercise, and nutrition to keep the weight off.
