Anyone 180-185 pounds and looking to lose 30 ish pounds?
I'm looking for ppl who have the same weight and goals so that we can realy bond and work at this together, asd I find if you have someone with the same characteristics and goals its much better for working towards goals!
If there is enough ppl we should start a group!

Oooo that's perfect! we have like the exact same goal, and only a couple pounds difference!

I'm on that path as well-- however, I'm in a lot of groups right now, so I don't think it would be right for me to join another. You can find me in the Spotlight in the Midwest Group so please give me a holler and I'll help to give you some support!! :-)

The last time I went in I told them my weight, and he said, "I'll put down 200" which was ten pounds less than I told him! He just wanted to be nice to people. Obviously, they weren't taking it too seriously! So don't worry if you fibbed a little. There are more important things in life, as long as you tell yourself the truth.

In the same range
Hi. Right now, I am between 175-180. I finished optifast in December..so far I've lost about 40lbs. I would like to get down between 145-150. I could use the support. Lately, I've been getting nervous about my food intake and fluctuating about 5-6 lbs. Since, I originally lost the weight rapidly..there's a fear of gaining it all back in a day. However, I do work out alot with a trainer, and I know I can reach my goal..but I do need support!
So here I am. What should we call our group?

hmmmmmm how about... 150 is our goal! orrrr 30 pounds to go... orrr 180 to 150 lol... or something completly off the wall... let me know what you think!

How about "Reaching 150 Would Be Nifty" -or more in a positive vein, "I'll Be Feeling Nifty When I Reach 150" (hope I do it before I'm 50....)

Yeah either of those are good! Maybe something without the word nifty though.. I know a lot of people would like to join groups but are put off by kinda rhyming names like that.. I think its brilliant, but if we want ppl to join we gotta come up with a great name..
I have started many a group.. I'm on my 3rd " Starting Fresh" group.. that seems to really be good lol
