Have a blast beating PCOS & it's side affects

I am a mother of 2 beautiful girls (1 & 7). I have PCOS. After gaining 35 lbs in 2 months without understanding why, I educated myself and found a competant doctor to help me with this. After having my 2nd miracle baby in Feb 2005, I decided to lose the nasty weight that I had gained. It is a slow process, but it CAN be done. I am here to support other women suffering from this. I would like to start a support group! I look forward to hearing from you!

This is me! I gained 30lbs. in 2008 and was diagnosed with pcos and hypothyroidism. I am now 'healthy' and am trying to lose this weight. I was a personal trainer before all this, but laid that aside to take care of myself. It has been the most frustrating process!

I can relate to ya'll. 29 PCOS and no competent dr. Blood work is 'normal' but I know that's wrong, So I can't take metformin like I really need. A few years ago I gained 25 pounds in 3 months and got to an all time high of 218...now I am down to 190. I pretty much keep a diabetic diet.

Not trying for kids but I know that I will have issues when the time comes; I want to take care of myself as much as I can. I am also a personal trainer and I love my job and clients. They inspire me
