herbals anyone ? acai berry or green tea ?

Any advice on what herbals to take for energy, anti-aging, antioxidants (I eat a lot of foods to get these), cleansing, and weight loss ? Anyone have good results from acai berry capsules or green tea gel caps , or just the green tea ?

I'm a huge fan of green tea in liquid and capsule form. I think the capsules are hard on the nervous system if you take too many (caffeine), but excellent for anti-aging. The tea is the best for weight loss, 'cause the water fills you up, detoxes you and makes the egcg more bioactive. Also, the weight loss benefits seem to be completely lost in decaf green tea capsules, but I haven't found the same dampening effect in the de-caf tea.

I like acai berry, but have really tested it. I switched to green tea in 2003 and have been taking the capsules that long too.

If acai berry was promoted on the Oprah show, did she use it? cause if she did don't know how good it is,she seems to be struggling of late.

green tea is cheaper and better than anything. acai berry is spam bs junk. You are better off eating a box of blueberries.

There is a new health beverage that is going to be really big... full of fantastic antioxidents, freeze dried so they keep the nutrients, etc... here is the link if you want more info .
This is the business part of it, but you'll still get all the info w/out having to do business stuff. I think it makes great sense for maximum health benefits.
