Some things I learned today

1) Never leave your water bottle unattended. :<) I walked my son to the playground today and left my water bottle in the bottom of our stoller. When we went to leave there was a little girl who had taken my water bottle out of the stoller, unscrewed the cap and drinking it! Of course there was dried snot all over her face. But that's ikay, I needed ti invest in a new bottle! I've been filling that one up for a week.

2) Plan your weightlifting a little better. I had two things planned for today - an upper body workout, and moving a couch - by myself. I accomphlished both, but from now on will always move the couch first!
