ice cream ice creammmmm

Since September, I've been really watching my sugar intake, and just eating a lot healthier in general, oh and working out too... the whole nine yards haha. I've lost 32 pounds :) I'm a sophomore in college, and today for our Winter Weekend celebration, we had a "One Ton Sundae" event, where you go and buy a small bucket for a dollar, then wait outside in line and then scoop as much ice cream as you can into your bucket! It's only a yearly event and I didn't want to miss out, so I watched my calorie intake all week and even worked out extra. I didn't eat the whole bucket of ice cream, but after I ate a good amount of it, I felt sick. Not really sick from being full, but like, sick sick... has this happened to anyone?? Is it just because I haven't been eating anything so high in sugar and fat for months now?

Honestly, this has turned me off from eating regular ice cream anymore (which I guess is a good thing! haha). Just wondering if anyone else has had this experience...
