I've lost weight and still don't like my body

So I've lost about 30 pounds since joining PT (and am so appreciative of all the support I've received here by the way). I have about 20 more to go to get to my goal weight.

Here's my issue. I'm a fairly confident person, I've always been a bit self concious of my body, but at 50 pounds overweight who can blame me? I was feeling really great about the new changes I've seen in my body. My husband compliments me all the time which improves morale a lot, I look and feel much better in my clothes, but the more weight I lose the less thrilled I'm becoming with the way my body looks. I'm in my early 20's and am losing the weight at a slow healthy pace but my skin is not rebounding like I hoped. My breasts and stomach are starting to sag and I feel like my body looks 20 years older than I am. I'm having a hard time feeling good about the way my body looks when I'm disgusted with what I see in the mirror. I want to cry every time I catch my reflection without clothes on. I'm afraid what my body will look like when I've lost that last 20. Yes, I feel healthier and I look much better in clothes, but I'm not happy with what my body is turning into.

I guess I'm not really sure what I'm asking, it's just really been getting me down lately. I'm so sad that I'm young and I'll never be able to get the body that I could have had if I had tried to be healthy at a younger age. Do I resign myself to getting surgery? My husband doesn't think I need it but will support me if I choose to go that route. It's just expensive and I haven't had kids yet, so it seems a waste to nip and tuck and lift everything and then go and get pregnant.

I guess that's it, it's not really an immediately solvable problem, I just needed to let it out. Thanks for listening.
